Paragraph with at least 150 words each explaining the following which should include a reference for each paragraph.
    1. In an inclusive classroom, exit tickets serve as a quick, efficient way to check for student understanding at the end of a lesson. Describe how you would adapt exit tickets to meet the diverse needs of students with exceptionalities, such as autism or dyslexia. Consider how you would modify exit tickets to offer multiple means of expression and include discussion about how you would adjust the timing and structure of exit tickets to ensure that students who need more time or alternative formats can still effectively demonstrate their understanding.
    2. You have just finished a lesson and hand students a worksheet to complete silently. While the students were working independently, you decided to check your email, not realizing that your computer screen was still being projected to the class. You open an email from the principal Mrs. Russell, who is following up on a student, Rebecca Johnson, who was recently referred to receive services on an Individual Education Program (IEP). You realized what had occurred once you heard the students giggling at the screen. You quickly unplugged the computer from the projector and told the students to get back to work. What should you do next to protect the student’s privacy? Include evidence from "Model Code of Ethics for Educators (MCEE)" and "Professional Dispositions of Learners."

The Role of Organizational Culture in Moderating Ethical Leadership and Employee Decision-Making

    Student

    Institution

    Course

    Date

    **Abstract**

In today’s complex organizational dynamics, the significance of ethical leadership in shaping sustainable business practice has received a lot of attention, but is still often ineffective in preventing misconduct and promoting consistent ethical decision-making among employees. This applied project proposes the development of a “
_Cultural Alignment and Ethical Leadership Framework”_ which will help address the leadership problem, particularly the inconsistent ethical decision-making in multinational corporations (MNCs). The framework will incorporate three major areas of knowledge, ethical leadership theory, organizational culture, and employee decision-making outcomes. The project will employ a proposed qualitative approach, which will utilize a synthesis of the existing literature and analysis of case studies from MNCs that have histories of ethical scandal. The most significant deliverable from this project is having a workable framework that can be applied in leadership to help leaders align cultural norms with ethical leadership practices. The framework will encourage active control of the organizational culture, which will enable leaders to maximize the positive impact of ethical leadership, increasing ethical compliance, trust among stakeholders, and longer-term organizational legitimacy. The project incorporates leadership and cultural views as a practical mode to enhance ethical results, therefore contributing to the discipline.

_Keywords_: ethical leadership, organizational culture, employee decision-making, multinational corporations, ethical framework

    Introduction, Rationale, and Problem Statement

Ethical leadership has become a subject of interest and research over the years in response to persistent ethical scandals that have been undermining global corporations' credibility. According to ethical Zhu et al. (2019), ethical leadership represents the moral dimension of leadership behavior, emphasizing integrity, transparency, ethical values, and leaders being role models. Despite substantial organizational changes and investment in ethical leadership training and programs, many global organizations continue to experience ethical failure, suggesting that leadership alone cannot shape employees’ ethical behavior.

The rationale for this project is understanding how, in multinational corporations (MNCs), organizational culture and leadership interact to influence ethical decision-making. This rationale will be guided by three major areas of knowledge, which include; organizational leadership literature, mainly leadership theory and style, organizational context and culture, and employee behavior. Ethical leaders often operate with the existing cultural system in their organization, which can either undermine or reinforce their ethical influence. There is a significant gap in research knowledge regarding the effect of this issue, and the proposed project will fill this gap by developing an integrative framework that organizations can use in aligning leadership and culture to achieve better ethical results.

    _Purpose Statement_

Although ethical leadership is implemented across multinational corporations, unethical behaviors persist because organizational culture can either negatively or positively shape leadership influence on employees' ethical decision-making. This inconsistency impacts both organizational legitimacy and stakeholder trust, indicating the need for an integrated framework that aligns culture with ethical leadership practices.

    **Scope and Project Context**

The project aims at developing a practical
_Cultural Alignment and Ethical Leadership Framework_ designed for application in MNCs in addressing unethical decision-making and achieving better organizational legitimacy and trust. The scope of the project includes the synthesis of the scholarly literature and secondary case studies, such as the Volkswagen and Wells Fargo cases, to examine how cultural factors influence leadership effectiveness. Although primary data collection will be excluded due to resource and time constraints, the project will utilize qualitative data from peer-reviewed studies and corporate reports.

According to research by Bedi et al. (2016), multinational corporations operate in a complex environment shaped by ethical, cultural, and legal standards, therefore, the project will explore various industries, such as finance, technology, and manufacturing, where ethical concerns have resulted in stakeholder distrust and scrutiny. Project trends that will be considered include increasing regulatory pressures, growing stakeholder demands for transparency, and a recognized need for robust ethical frameworks following scandals in companies like Volkswagen and Wells Fargo (Disch, 2024; Zhang et al., 2023). The project will also consider internal factors such as organizational cultures, leadership style, team dynamics, team dynamics, and communication norms, as well as external factors like economic factors (market pressures), legal requirement (laws like the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), and political issues (differing international regulations) across borders, which will be analyzed through a PESTLE lens.

**Literature Review of Three Knowledge Areas**

The literature review is structured around three major areas of knowledge; I) ethical leadership theory, II) organizational culture, and III) employee decision-making, areas that collectively inform the development of the proposed practical framework.

Ethical leadership theory heavily draws from social learning, moral management, and transformational leadership principles, which provide a basis for understanding ethical behavior in leadership and its influence. Ko et al.'s (2018) research indicates ethical leadership emphasizes the moral individual, who embodies fairness, honesty, and integrity, and a moral leader or manager who encourages accountability, communication, and serves as a role model. This indicates that an ethical leader demonstrates fairness, communicates values, influences, and holds others accountable, shaping ethical behaviors. However, Walumbwa et al. (2011) argue that such a concept may fail as they mainly apply individual-oriented views in leadership, overlooking systemic influences that weaken or sustain leadership by failing to account for behavioral variations across organizations. Exploring ethical leadership theory is significant for this project as it will provide foundations for creating an ethical culture, promoting trust, and ensuring employees ' decisions align with both organizational values and societal standards.

Organizational culture represents shared norms, practices, and values that guide its behavior, and according to studies, Aydin (2018) and Kuenzi et al. (2020), culture is a critical mediator of the effectiveness of ethical leadership. Kussatz (2023) highlights that cultures that emphasize and value integrity and transparency create ethical environments that encourage increased trust and compliance, enhancing the impact of ethical leadership. However, many studies consider or treat culture as a static background variable instead of a dynamic moderator (Rukh & Qadeer, 2018). Based on the recent research, corporations that have successfully integrated ethics as part of their cultural DNA have experienced stronger employee compliance and commitment (Newman et al., 2020). As such, organizational culture is crucial for this project as it helps identify values, behaviors, and beliefs that the framework seeks to shape how leaders and employees behave and make decisions.

The intersection between culture and leadership directly impacts or shapes employee decision-making. Based on empirical literature, ethical leadership is associated with reduced unethical behaviors or misconduct and higher moral awareness (Wang et al., 2018; Bedi et al., 2016). However, principled decision-making has always been measured and conceptualized differently, mostly narrowly by focusing on outcomes such as compliance or prosocial actions like whistleblowing in isolation (Walumbwa et al., 2011). Zheng et al. (2022) studies identify a research gap concerning the interaction of leadership and culture, and how they work together over time in shaping employees’ outcomes or decision-making. Understanding this correlation is crucial, as employee decision-making indicates the effectiveness of ethical leadership, offering an actual measure of moral influence translated into action (Eisenbeiss, 2012). The project seeks to incorporate these dimensions to provide a practical, holistic framework for enhancing employee ethical decision-making within MNCs.

In summary, the generated literature highlights the significance of organizational culture and ethical leadership, but lacks an integrated practical and theoretical model that can be applied in practice. Reflecting on the research literature, issues such as an individual-oriented view of leadership, a passive approach towards the study of culture, and the disorganized analysis of the outcomes can be identified. This project will aim at filling the research gap by developing a practical framework that connects all elements of the area of knowledge to improve ethical behaviors across diverse organizations.

    **Purpose Statement and Research Questions**

    _Purpose Statement_

This applied project aims at developing a
_Cultural alignment and Ethical Framework,_ which will help in strengthening the correlation between organizational culture, ethical leadership, and employee decision-making and outcome in multinational corporations. The goal is to provide a practical guide for organizations and leaders to align leadership practices with cultural values, norms, and practices to encourage consistent ethical behavior.

    _Research Questions_

The research questions guiding this project include:

    1. How does ethical leadership influence employee decision-making?

    2. In what ways does organizational culture strengthen or weaken the effects of ethical leadership?

    3. What cultural characteristics foster the most effective alignment between ethical leadership and ethical decision-making?

**Research Methodology and Data Collection Strategy**

The project will employ a qualitative research design that is centered on scholarly sources and case analysis. This methodology will include two main steps: 1) A synthesis of several peer-reviewed scholarly literature related to ethical leadership and organizational culture to establish a theoretical foundation, and 2). An in-depth analysis of case studies involving notable ethical challenges and successes from multinational corporations. For instance, case studies such as the Volkswagen and Wells Fargo cases will be examined to identify recurring patterns and themes on the issue such as leadership behaviors, culture, and observed employee decision-making outcomes using thematic analysis.

A qualitative approach is appropriate for this project as it allows in-depth examination and understanding of complex social and cultural dynamics that are difficult to quantify. Additionally, this strategy will ensure that the proposed framework is not only evidence-based but also applicable to real-world organizational contexts.

    **Participants and Positionality**

In this project, participants will include mid-level managers and employees from the secondary sources working in different departments within MNCs, who would give information on their lived experiences of leadership and culture. The researcher's position is that of an objective analyst or outsourced scholar examining leadership and cultural dynamics of an organization from an external evidence-based perspective, to create an evidence-based practical instrument to be used by the leaders. While personal bias may not be eliminated completely, objectivity will be ensured by using both reflexivity and triangulation. The research has no affiliations with organizations that will be studied for this project.

    **Ethical Considerations**

Data that will be utilized for this project will be mostly generated from publicly available sources (including case studies, academic literature, etc.), posing minimal ethical risks to human participants. Individual blame will be avoided in the case analysis, and instead focus on organizational and systems. Additionally, the project process will maintain ethical integrity by ensuring accurate citation of used sources, transparency in data interpretation, and acknowledging all sources of data. Any research bias will also be mitigated through systematic data collection or coding, and adherence to outlined ethical standards by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines.

    **Audience, Deliverables, Contribution**

The Primary target group for this project includes organizational leaders, ethics and compliance, and human resource executives in multinational corporations. The expected deliverable is a practitioner-oriented
_white paper or guide_ (about 25-30 pages) presenting the
_Cultural Alignment and Ethical Leadership Framework_. This practical framework will be an effective tool for improving ethical practices and guiding leaders in aligning ethical leadership behaviors with culture to promote trust and integrity. It also contributes to the organizational leadership field by offering an applied or synthesized model, which incorporates leadership and cultural theories in explaining and understanding ethical outcomes.

    **Assumptions and Limitations**

The research assumes that organizational culture is adaptable and flexible, and could be shaped through strategic leadership interventions. The limitation is that instead of using primary data, secondary case study information will be used to guide the project, which can restrain or limit the depth of information and the specificity of insights into internal organization processes. The paper covers general organizational culture within multiple multinational contexts, therefore, it may not be applicable in local or small organizations. Another limitation is that time constraints and resources restrict longitudinal analysis.

    **Work Plan Schedule and Timeline**

    | | |
    | — | — |
    | **Weeks** | **Activities** |
    | 1-2 | Finalize the prospects and obtain the required faculty approvals. |
    | 3-5 | Conduct in-depth literature and selected key case studies. |

    | 11-12 | -Review the framework based on the provided feedback.<br>-Finalize the white paper deliverable |

    **Conclusion**

Research highlights the significance of aligning ethical leadership behavior and practices with organizational culture to promote ethical decision-making within multinational corporations. The primary goal for this proposal is to develop a practical and evidence-based
_cultural alignment and an ethical leadership framework_ as the solution to observed unethical behaviors across organizational settings. The project will utilize a proposed qualitative methodology that is grounded in literature synthesis and analysis of case studies to produce an evidence-based framework, which can benefit practitioners and advance leadership scholarship. It is expected to be completed within a 12-week timeline, leading to a white paper that will contribute to effective leadership practices and organizational development.

The Role of Organizational Culture in Moderating Ethical Leadership and Employee Decision-Making

    Assignment Prompt & Instructions

    ## Overview
Completing the Business Model Canvas Template is an exciting milestone, opening the door to new possibilities for your idea. The next step is to develop a **Business Model Canvas** ( **BMC) slide deck** for review by the project manager consultant, as referenced in the Module Four assignment.
Creating a slide deck is more than just organizing information—it’s about crafting a clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentation that brings your idea, service, or product to life. A well-designed deck captures your audience’s attention, showcases the value of your idea, and inspires confidence, helping drive critical decisions and support for your project.
    ## Scenario
To help you develop a clear and well-supported business model, use research from sources such as GlobalData Explorer, Yahoo Finance, or the company’s website. Based on this research, you are tasked with making educated assumptions about the following aspects of your selected company:
    – **Resources:** Identify the assets available to support the project.
    – **Partnerships**: Outline key alliances or collaborations that will contribute to the project's success.
    – **Cost Structures**: Determine the expenses that must be accounted for.
    – **Marketing Strategy**: Explain how the product or service will be promoted.
    – **Value Delivery:** Specify whether the product will be sold online, in-store, or through both channels.
    – **Unique Value Proposition**: Highlight what sets the product apart and how it appeals to a specific target market segment.
These elements will form a strong foundation for your business model and demonstrate its feasibility. Keep in mind that a well-crafted BMC slide deck can be instrumental in aligning a new product or service with your selected company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals, which you will address in your course project in **Module Seven**.
All **nine segments** of your **redeveloped** BMC must encompass elements to achieve new product or service feasibility.
Beyond profitability, other key elements that the experienced project manager stressed were DEI, as well as corporate social responsibility CSR. In the marketplace, companies with diverse project teams get varied perspectives that help the overall project. Just as important, companies that “give back” to the communities they serve do better and are supported by millennial buyers—a big target segment for many companies.
Financials, DEI, and CSR must be addressed in the funding pitch that you will complete as your course project, which is due in Module Seven.
    ## Directions
Create a slide deck that will help you expand on your BMC chart in greater detail by refining how your selected company will create value for itself while delivering a new product or service for customers. Complete the Milestone Two Template linked in the What to Submit section below for this assignment.
Specifically, you must address the following **rubric criteria**:
    1. **Deliver a unique value proposition.**
    1. Leveraging the blue ocean strategy, what makes the product or service unique?
    2. How does it provide a strategic advantage in the marketplace?
    2. **Answer key business model questions about the customer.**
    1. Customer acquisitions
    2. Revenue models
    3. Price points for the product or service
    4. Key activities for the value proposition (product or service)
    3. **Answer key business model questions about assets, partners, and cost.**
    1. Assets available
    2. Key partners
    3. Cost structures
    4. **Create a business model** canvas chart. Import your canvas from Module Four.
    5. **Clarify your business model assumptions.**
    1. Check your assumptions
    2. Complete the assumptions chart
    6. **Prepare to meet customers.**
    1. Highlight the materials needed
    7. **Update your documentation.**
    1. Targeted segment
    2. Type of value delivered
    3. How the product is unique
    8. **Update your business model.**
    1. Complete any updates to the BMC chart
    ## What to Submit

    **Mind Map Instructions**

**Purpose:** Mapping out your ideas helps with the writing process, and for some, seeing that process visually helps with organization. Before diving into writing, you will spend some time collecting your thoughts and how those thoughts function in your essay.

**Assignment**: Create a power point that is a both
    **written** and a
**visual** representation of your thoughts. Tip: Use your brainstorming activity from the essay instructions.

**Constraints:** You will create a 7-slide power point that establishes a visual flow chart of your essay. The power point will need to include the following:

    · Heading Information MLA format (slide #1)

    · Introduction (slide #2)

    · Thesis Statement (slide #3)

    · 3 key terms (slides #4, #5, #6)

    · Conclusion (slide #7)

**Complete your Brainstorming activity found within the essay instruction before you attempt this assignment.**

    **Components:**

**Introduction:** Your introduction is a way to help the reader understand what the main idea is of your essay, or what your essay will be comprised of. Think of your reader as a person who knows nothing about what you have learned or read about. Meaning provide background information about the major subject, here you should provide a minimum of
    **four sentences**.

**Thesis:** Your thesis should do two things, help the reader transition from your introduction into

the body of your essay and support the ways you have chosen to argue your main idea. Your thesis should include your key terms and be presented in the same order you have selected for your body paragraphs (Chronologically, Logical, or Importance). Your thesis should be only
    **one or two sentences.**

**Key Terms:** First work on the body of your essay (labeled Key Terms there should be 3 for this essay); doing so helps you focus your ideas before attacking the introduction or your thesis. Write a minimum of
**three-four sentences** about each key term. Your key terms should flow in order, whether that be (Chronologically, Logical, or by Importance). The order you choose should in some way link itself to the next key term.

**Conclusion:** After you have your key terms in order, focus on what you want, the reader to take away from your essay. (The Conclusion). Write
**three sentences** with your reader in mind. What are you trying to help the reader understand, take on as their own beliefs, and or what do you want the reader to do with the information you have provided?

**Research:** You should be using your knowledge for this essay.
**DO NOT use google** to gain information. If you need to further your knowledge you can obtain Scholarly journals/ articles from the following approved search engines; Jstor, and libraries Data Base. I have provided you with these links within the course forum. Make sure to keep notes of your research (if needed) for both in text citations and a work cited page.

A Profile of Mexican American Culture in the United States
    Mind Map

    xxxxx
    Professor xxxxx
    xxxxxx

    xxxxxx

    Introduction

Mexican Americans are the largest Latino subgroup in the U.S.

Their culture blends Mexican traditions with American experiences.

Outsiders often view them through stereotypes of food or holidays, but the reality is much deeper.

This culture influences beliefs, education, and social practices in significant ways

    Thesis Statement

Mexican American culture demonstrates the importance of family and belief systems, education, and social preferences, which together shape identity, resilience, and community life in the United States

Key Term 1: Family and Belief Systems

Family is central: extends beyond the nuclear household.

Familism values loyalty, respect, and collective responsibility (Tsai et al. 6).

Roman Catholicism plays a large role, but newer generations blend traditions with modern influences.

Cultural celebrations like Día de los Muertos and quinceañeras express both faith and family ties.

    Key Term 2: Educational Resilience

Historically, Mexican Americans faced systemic barriers in schools.

Many are bilingual, balancing Spanish at home and English at school.

Families use “funds of knowledge” to guide children’s educational paths (Kiyama 4).

Education is viewed as a reflection of family pride, not just individual success.

    Key Term 3: Social Preferences

Community life often revolves around food, music, and festivals.

Events such as fiestas or cookouts reinforce cultural pride and resilience.

Outsiders are welcomed, though traditions hold deeper meanings for insiders.

Social gatherings link generations and create belonging.

    Conclusion

Mexican American culture is more than stereotypes, it is rooted in family, education, and social life.

It shows resilience and adaptation while maintaining pride in heritage.

Students who engage with Mexican American peers should recognize their traditions as central to identity and community

    **MWP #1**

**Negotiating the Nurse Practitioner Employment Contract**

    ![A close-up of a doctor AI-generated content may be incorrect.](https://www.sweetstudy.com/questions/assigment-apa-seven-all-instructions-attached-20942911)

_If you could work at the practice of your dreams, what would that look like? How would you negotiate that dream job contract?_

Graduating from nurse practitioner school is an exciting time of accomplishment. However, it’s also time to turn dreams into reality and begin your search for the perfect job. Being passionate about the specialty you would like to go into, and the impact you would like to have on your community and profession are all important aspects of landing a job. After all, attitude can be everything to a future employer, but there are some things to consider
**_before_** your job search and interview: The type of practice that would work best for you (and your family), and the position contract you will negotiate.

For this assignment, you will develop a PowerPoint Presentation (8-10 slides) answering the questions listed in Parts 1 and 2 of the assignment. The presentation is to be recorded in your own words, as if you were presenting it to your instructor. You are to use the audio produced by PowerPoint and not an Mp3 file.

You are to follow the 10/20/30 rule for presentations: no more than 10 slides, presentation not longer than 20 minutes, and text is not lower than 30-point font.

    **To Prepare:**

    · Review the weekly resources.

    · Seek out professional resources on contract negotiations.

    · Review the FNP scope of practice for your state.

    · Seek out local NP organizations to assess which organizations would best fit your needs.

    **By Day 7**

Submit the recorded PowerPoint presentation. (This assignment does not need to be submitted through Turnitin) but you must have a reference slide to support your thoughts and ideas.

**For Part 1 of this assignment:**

    1. Discuss the type of practice and setting you would like to work out of (specialty, family, geriatrics, hospital, nursing home, hospice, urgent care, etc.). What makes for an ideal work environment? What type of support system and staff do you need? What services do you see yourself providing? What services are you NOT willing to or are not comfortable providing?

    2. How will you meet your CME requirements while practicing at this setting? How will you keep track of your CME hours?

    3. What nursing organization(s) interest you in joining, and how will joining an organization benefit you at your position?

    4. Once you have met the requirements for autonomy in your state while working at your current position, and for those of you who practice in a lifetime of collaboration state, assume you will one day have autonomy. How will you maintain your collaborative relationships with other nurse practitioners you have worked with, the practitioners you have referred to, as well as your collaborative physician?

    **Part 2 of the assignment:**

You’ve just been offered a position at the perfect job you discussed in Part 1 of the assignment.

Besides focusing on patients, reaching a fair and equitable contract that includes not only your salary and benefits but expectations of your patient load, the amount of time you will be spending at the clinic or a health care setting, and the services you will be providing, will affect how you feel about your job over time. It’s time now to consider the position’s job offer.

    Part 2:

    1. What questions should you ask your potential future employer about the offer?

    2. What salary and bonus structure are acceptable to you?

    3. How can you figure out your net worth for the practice?

    4. If you are expected to take call, what percentage of your salary is reasonable toward this activity?

    5. List the benefits you should negotiate into your contract.

    6. Discuss the practice expectations with your employer. How can you be sure that you are being asked to practice within the scope of your practice?
