    [>Management homework help](https://www.sweetstudy.com/fields/business-finance-management)

The organization that you are a director of leadership and learning for has been conducting engagement surveys among its employees every two years to gain a deeper understanding of employees’ views on areas such as customer service, the organization's overall strategy, job satisfaction, rewards and recognition, and training and development. The most recent survey was conducted this year, and the organization wants to carry out another survey in two years.

Your task is to evaluate the employee survey results using a [GROW Model Template](https://learn.snhu.edu/content/enforced/1894416-MBA-530-10653.202518-1/Course%20Documents/MBA%20530%20GROW%20Model%20Template.docx?ou=1894416) and identify several survey questions that will target leadership skill and behavior improvement for the next two years. You will also represent the trends you’ve identified with bar or line graphs. For this assignment, you will complete the first five sections of the GROW model template:

    – **Identified Trends**
    – **Employee Survey Results Data**
    – **Focus Areas**
    – **Reality—Current State**
    – **Desired Future State—Where Would You Like to Be?**

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

    1. In the **Identified Trends** section, identify any noticeable trends in the [Employee Satisfaction Survey Results](https://learn.snhu.edu/content/enforced/1894416-MBA-530-10653.202518-1/Course%20Documents/Employee%20Satisfaction%20Survey%20Results.xlsx?ou=1894416) data and address the following in your response.

    1. Are there certain focus areas that have seen significant changes compared to others?
    2. How might one focus area impact another?
    2. In the **Employee Survey Results Data** section, create bar or line graphs from the employee survey results data that best represent the trends you’ve identified above.
    3. In the **Focus Areas** section, identify three focus areas to improve the organization based on your evaluation, and provide rationale.
    4. In the **Reality—Current State** section, explain the current state for each focus area you’ve identified above according to the employee survey results. Consider the following in your response:

    1. The potential impact on survey results over time, the “why.”
    5. In the **Desired Future State—Where Would You Like to Be?** section, create a goal to address each focus area you’ve identified within the next two years, and describe the impact to the entire organization. Consider the following in your response:

    1. The desired result should be 10% improvement for the next survey.

    ## What to Submit

Submit the GROW Model Template as a Word document. Insert your bar or line graphs in the appropriate section. Please note that you should fill in all but the last three sections of the template for this assignment. You will complete the last three sections in Module Five. If references are included, they must be cited in APA format. Consult the [Shapiro Library APA Style Guide](https://libguides.snhu.edu/apa) for more information on citations.

    ## Overview

In this module, you learned that you can’t be a leader without followers. Leadership, then, is a very personal process, and yet it is anything but a solitary process. Leading is ultimately about people. In this course, the journal will be used for reflection. This is a private conversation between you and your instructor, and you are encouraged to deeply explore the concepts presented.

    ## Module 5- (Separate work page )

    ## Prompt

Completing this assignment will give you some insight into how you can best motivate others to follow your vision as a leader.

Now, answer these questions from your perspective as a leader, considering the recommendations you have provided in the GROW model:

    – **Personal Reflection:** Why would others follow you as their leader? Explain.
    – **Impact:** How would you motivate them to pursue the vision you outline, not because you order them to do so, but because they want to do so enthusiastically on their own?
    – **Feedback:** Ask someone you trust and who can be objective, “What is my greatest asset as a leader?” In your journal, record the response and whether you agree or disagree and why.

    ## What to Submit

Submit a Word document using double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. This assignment should be 1 to 2 pages in length and include references cited in APA format. Consult the [Shapiro Library APA Style Guide](https://libguides.snhu.edu/apa) for more information on citations.

PLEASE DO NOT USE AI AND I NEED IT DONE IN 4 HOURS

You are the CEO of your new Bike Company. Jim, your business partner, your friend of 20 years, and the company’s Comptroller, has brought you the business financials for the 1st quarter. During the review, Jim lets you know $150,000 dollars is missing and has no idea why. This is 10% of the initial capital funding you invested to start the company.

You ask Jim a number of questions about the missing money, but Jim says, “I don’t know what happened to the money. It might just be a simple math error. I need to collect more information, but I am working on it. I just don’t know how long it will take to gather all of the information and figure out what happened. It could take up to month of research.”

You are close to Jim and own a lake cabin with him. The 4th of July celebrations at the cabin are legendary family affairs. Jim is a good business partner and, together, you have built 4 other profitable, international, manufacturing companies. The past three years have been professionally and personally tough on Jim. His father died without any life insurance and Jim, now, has become responsible for his mother’s 24-hour care. Professionally, one of his other business investments has filed bankruptcy and another is being investigated by the Security Exchange Commission.

You are concerned. Venture Capitalists are scheduled to visit in two weeks and discuss future funding. $150,000 dollars of corporate assets are unaccounted for, and Jim, your Comptroller, does not have a clue where the funds have gone.

**Using the Franklin Covey's Writing Advantage Four-Box Format**, write a letter to the Mary Wilson, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, and explains the situation, concerns you have, and a recommendation for how to proceed. Your letter should address the following:

    – State and describe the problem (provide the reasoning, deductive or inductive, you used to determine the problem).
    – Discuss the facts/data in the scenario and any assumptions you may be making about those facts.
    – Recommend a solution and plan to implement it that addresses the missing funds and any concerns about Jim (keep in mind that your recommendation is most likely your letter’s purpose).

**Franklin Covey's Writing Advantage Four-Box Format**

Franklin Covey's Writing Advantage Four-Box Format can be foundin the Writing Advantage Participant Guide-Introduction and Plan in Leader U. Specifically Introduction and Plan 1.1 pages 40, 41 and Introduction and Plan 1.2 pages 13 and 22. These are examples of the 4-Box Writing Advantage Format and how assignments should be formatted to get full credit. The template for building the response can be found in the LeadersU Writing Advantage Document Planner.
